A free trial on OnlyFans is a link created by the creator that gives access to their paid page for a fixed number of days without charging the subscription price. When the trial ends the subscription continues at the normal monthly price unless you cancel before that. It is not the same as a free page: a trial is temporary access to a paid feed, a free page is permanent access to a feed that sells content separately.
How a trial is created and shared
The creator generates a trial link inside the platform, choosing how many days it lasts and how many people can claim it. Links are then posted on social media, sent to followers in messages, or given to people who unsubscribed. Because the link is the only entry point, trials are mostly found through a creator's X, Instagram or link page rather than on the platform page itself.
What a trial includes
- Everything a paying subscriber sees in the feed for the trial period.
- Direct messages with the creator.
- Pay-per-view messages and locked posts are still paid; a trial never unlocks those.
- A card on file is still required, because the trial converts to a paid subscription.
What happens when it ends
The trial rolls into a regular subscription at the price shown on the page when you claimed the link. To avoid the charge, turn off auto-renew at any point during the trial; you keep access until the trial's last day. Turning it off does not remove anything you unlocked separately.
The renewal price is displayed when you claim the trial. If a creator raised the price after you joined, you keep the old one until you cancel.

How to find creators with a trial
Trial links change often, so no list stays current for long. What works: follow the creator's X account, where trials are announced; check their link page; and look for the Free trial tag on our cards, which appears when the creator's public bio contains a trial link at the time of our last check. The tag says a trial existed when we looked, not that claims are still available, so open the platform page to confirm.
Common misunderstandings
- "Free trial means the page is free." No. It is a paid page with temporary free access.
- "I can keep the content." Content is viewable on the platform while you have access; downloading it breaks the terms.
- "The trial unlocked everything." Locked posts and PPV messages remain paid during a trial.
- "Cancelling ends the trial immediately." Turning off auto-renew keeps access until the trial ends; it only prevents the charge.
