By using CreatorsNear (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Short version: you must be an adult, the Site is a directory of public information, we are not the platforms we link to, and we do our best with the data but cannot guarantee it.

1. Age

The Site links to adult subscription platforms. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old and of legal age of majority where you live. By continuing past the age notice you confirm this.

2. What the Site is

The Site is a directory that indexes publicly visible information from creator profile pages on third-party platforms: names, locations, prices, counters and resized avatar images. The Site does not host subscriptions, payments, private messages or explicit media. It is an independent service, not affiliated with OnlyFans, Fansly or any other platform mentioned.

Some links to platforms include a referral code, and the platform may pay us a commission if you subscribe. Referral links are marked as sponsored and pass through our own redirect so we can count clicks. Advertising on the Site is provided by third-party networks and is labelled as such. Neither affects the organic order of listings.

4. Accuracy

Data is collected automatically on a schedule and can lag behind the platform. Prices, counters and availability are provided as is; the platform page is the only authoritative source. We remove or correct listings when notified, see the removal and methodology pages.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Site to harass, stalk, dox or threaten anyone. Creators listed here are professionals publishing under a chosen name; their listing is not an invitation to locate them in person.
  • Do not scrape the Site at a rate that degrades it, republish substantial parts of the directory, or resell the data.
  • Do not submit false removal, claim or copyright requests.
  • Do not attempt to bypass the age notice, rate limits or security measures.

6. Creators' rights

A creator may request removal of their listing at any time and we honour it within 24 hours. A creator may claim a listing to control its text and links. Claiming or paying for placement creates no obligation on the creator beyond the placement itself and can be cancelled at any time.

7. Intellectual property

Avatars belong to their creators and are shown in reduced form for identification only, in the same way a search engine displays thumbnails. Site design, text and code belong to the operator. Platform names and logos belong to their owners and are used descriptively.

8. Liability

The Site is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of the Site or of any third-party platform reached through it. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months, which for most visitors is nothing.

9. Changes and contact

We may change these terms; the date at the top is the date of the last change. Questions: [email protected]. The operator's legal name, governing law and venue will be added to this page when the operating entity is registered. Until then the Site is run by an individual, and any dispute is first raised by email.
