How we rank creators
The default order on every list is Trending: growth in likes over the last 30 days, weighted by account size, with a penalty when our numbers are stale. Our editors may pin a few profiles at the top of a list; pins are never sold. This page explains each step so you can judge the results yourself.
Where the data comes from
Everything starts with a creator's own public profile page: display name, bio, stated location, subscription price, bundles, free-trial links, and the post, photo, video and like counters the platform shows to anyone. We collect those numbers on a schedule and store each reading, which is how we can show a 30-day change and a small trend chart on the profile page.
We do not log in, do not subscribe and do not access anything behind a paywall. Social links are taken only from the profile bio, never guessed.
The Trending score
Lifetime like totals alone would freeze the top spots forever, so we deliberately favour movement. In plain terms, the score is:
- 30-day growth in likes, as a percentage, carries the most weight. A drop is capped so one bad month cannot bury an established account.
- Account size adds a smaller, logarithmic bonus, so a large account with flat growth still ranks above a tiny one with flat growth.
- Free accounts get a small bonus because far more visitors open them.
- Staleness decay: the score shrinks the longer it has been since we last verified the numbers. Profiles we have not checked in a month sink on their own.
Other sort orders (newest, price, likes) are plain sorts on a single column and are marked noindex, so search engines only see the default view.
City pages
A creator appears on a city page when the location they wrote in their own bio matches a city in our list, including common aliases and nearby neighbourhoods. Vague locations such as a country name or an emoji are not matched and the profile stays out of every city page. Nobody is assigned a city by guesswork.
Category pages
Categories are derived from words the creator uses in their own bio and display name. A profile can be in several categories. A category page for a city is published only when at least 8 profiles qualify; below that threshold the category is still shown as a filter but not as a separate page, so search engines never see a near-empty list.
Refresh schedule
- Stats are re-read roughly every two weeks, sooner for profiles that visitors flag as inactive or as having a price change.
- A profile that fails two consecutive checks (page gone, account disabled) is removed from every list and its page returns a 410 status.
- Removal requests from creators are executed within 24 hours and the username is added to a do-not-list file so it is not re-added by the next crawl.
- Every page shows the date of the last recompute in its footer text.
Corrections
Every profile page has three anonymous one-tap signals: still active, inactive, price changed. Enough signals trigger an early re-check. If you see something wrong that a signal cannot express, write to [email protected].
